Won tickets off WAAL this week for "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust" at EPAC last night...that was one really odd show! Not exactly surprising, though! After the show, Mari and I went to the Mosquito Bar and Grill for a drink and to watch people sing karaoke...that was funny, lol! There is this whole subculture of regular karaoke singers who have fans and everything....this woman Kelly had people making requests for her to sing! And there was this guy Patrick who had his own karaoke cd catalog with him....crazy.....

I am a lazy blogger...

What's new with me? Not a whole lot. Bridgid and James came into town Saturday night (didn't hear anything about a large family drowning in the lake at Lackawanna State Park, Bridge.....hoping this means everyone is still alive after the great canoe tryout of 2005), and we went to Maloneys' to hang out for a while. That was fun...was there Friday, too with Grant. It was the class of 1985's 20 year reunion weekend, so we felt very young there that night, lol!

Working lots, doing tons of work around my house to get ready for our 4th of July party, and generally chilling out a little now that softball season is over. Pisces ended up 8-4 for the season...not a bad record, if I do say so myself!

Was running around doing errands today, and the date popped into my head.... June 7. Nothing really special about it, then i remembered that my 30th birthday party was on this date two years ago (I have always had a really stupid memory for dates and where I was/who i was with/what was going on, etc....), which then made me go, "Where the hell did the last two years go? Anybody else feeling that way? Top it off with this: I was doing some cleaning and came across a box of photos of the kids and me and Mark when we were all young, lol...I am getting seriously freakin old....

My cousin Jessica is getting married this Saturday...I remember when she was an infant....this is just too weird....

Ugh. That is all.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could you hear the sighs of bliss? Oh, My, God, that was the best four day trip ever! I feel like a new woman! Mari and I decided to make this an annual trip, and we would love to take some of you ladies with us next year! I'm going on vacation, I'm going on vacation! Whoo Hoo! This time tomorrow I will be a blob of goo on on a massage table in Massachusettes! We have Deep Tissue tomorrow, Hot Stone on Monday, and a Reiki session Tuesday....

Had one of those super crazy weeks this week. Was walking around my house this morning, feeling like I hadn't been here in a while, and I realized, basically that I hadn't! Between working late 3 days, and having practice Monday and game Thursday (Pisces are 3-0, btw...whoo hoo ladies!), I haven't been home before 8 a single night this week! I am sooooo looking forward to relaxing this week!

Got back from Phila last night around 9:15. Hung out with Mark for a bit, then headed down to Maloney's to tip back a few with Bridgid, then found out her car died, and she wasn't going to make it up. Ended up hanging out with Gina and John for a couple of hours, and had a blast anyway! After they left, I hung out talking to people, and rolled myself home around 2:15....

Heard about a cool website that I want to share: postsecret.blogspot.com. I'm trying to decide what deep dark secret to share, lol....

Just seven days til Kripalu! This time next Sunday Mari and I will be in the car heading to MA for four days. I can't even wait!

Getting ready to head to Philadelphia for a seminar today....we drive down today, hang out in the city tonight, learn cool stuff tomorrow, then head home! Anybody who wants to drive over can feel free to do so! Any takers? Bridge...you're not too far away!
